Capacitive Touch Sensor Glass for Displays & HMIs — Touch panel glass is a specialized cover glass engineered for capacitive and resistive touch screen applications. It combines high optical clarity with precise surface flatness, low dielectric constant, and optimized coatings — including ITO glass coating for conductive applications — to ensure accurate touch sensitivity and smooth finger glide. As a leading ITO glass substrate and conductive glass supplier, we deliver precision glass for demanding touch screen environments.

Touch panel glass is the front surface of a touch screen assembly, serving as both a protective cover and a critical component of the touch sensing stack. For projected capacitive (PCAP) touch — the dominant technology in modern touch screens — the glass must have consistent thickness, excellent dielectric properties, and a precisely flat surface to ensure uniform capacitance coupling between the user's finger and the underlying ITO sensor layer.
Our touch panel glass is manufactured from premium aluminosilicate or ultra-clear float glass substrates. After CNC shaping and edge finishing, the glass undergoes chemical strengthening for high impact resistance. Surface treatments are applied according to application requirements: AF (oleophobic) coating for smooth finger glide and reduced fingerprints, AG etching for outdoor readability, and AR coating for enhanced clarity.
Silk-screen printing using high-temperature ceramic ink creates decorative borders, hides adhesive edges, and provides IR-transparent windows for ambient light and proximity sensors. We support both glass-only supply and fully laminated touch sensor assemblies (glass + ITO film + OCA bonding).
Precision-engineered touch panel solutions for industrial, medical, automotive, and consumer electronics applications.
AF/oleophobic coating ensures smooth finger glide and accurate touch response with consistent sensitivity across the entire panel.
Single or combined surface treatments to match your application environment — anti-glare, anti-reflective, and anti-fingerprint available.
TTV < 0.05mm for uniform capacitance and no touch dead zones, ensuring reliable multi-touch and gesture recognition.
High-temperature ceramic ink printing for decorative borders, logos, IR-transparent windows, and alignment marks.
Surface compressive stress ≥600MPa for excellent drop and scratch resistance in demanding applications.
OCA/OCR bonding with ITO sensors available for complete touch assembly integration. We supply ITO glass substrates and conductive glass for touch screen applications, ensuring seamless compatibility between the cover glass and sensor layers.
