Optical cover glass, also known as cover lens or protective cover glass, is the outermost layer of a display assembly that provides optical clarity, scratch resistance, and structural protection for the underlying display panel and touch sensor. It is the first surface users interact with on smartphones, tablets, industrial HMIs, medical devices, automotive displays, and smart home panels.
Our cover glass is manufactured from high-grade aluminosilicate (Dragontrail/Gorilla-type), ultra-clear float, or borosilicate glass substrates. After precision CNC shaping, the glass undergoes chemical strengthening (ion exchange) to achieve surface compressive stress above 600MPa, delivering exceptional impact and scratch resistance.
Optional surface treatments include anti-fingerprint (AF/oleophobic) coating, anti-glare (AG) etching, anti-reflective (AR) coating, and anti-smudge treatments. We provide full in-house processing: CNC cutting, edge profiling, hole drilling, screen printing (IR windows, logos, borders), coating, and cleaning — all in a controlled clean-room environment.
