AF Anti-Fingerprint Glass

AF anti-fingerprint glass — also referred to as fingerprint proof glass or fingerprint resistant glass — is high-end functional glass with a nano-scale oleophobic and hydrophobic coating applied to ordinary glass surface through vacuum evaporation or spray process. This fingerprint resistant glass coating can significantly reduce the surface energy of the glass, making it difficult for liquids and solid contaminants to adhere, and even if fingerprints and oil stains are left, they can be easily wiped clean.

Our AF fingerprint free glass has contact angle >115°, water droplet angle >120°, surface hardness 8H+, contact angle remains >110° after 5000+ steel wool rubs, remains like new for long time. As fingerprint proof glass for display applications, it is widely used in touch display fields such as smartphones, tablets, automotive center consoles, and medical devices.

AF anti-fingerprint glass is high-end functional glass with a nano-scale oleophobic and hydrophobic coating (usually fluorine-containing compounds) applied to the glass surface through vacuum evaporation or spray process. This coating can significantly reduce the surface energy of the glass, making it difficult for liquids and solid contaminants to adhere, and even if fingerprints and oil stains are left, they can be easily wiped clean.
